How fast can you come?
We aim to book most appointments within a day or two. Same-day is often possible if you call early — but we don't promise it until we've confirmed the slot.What does the diagnostic cost?
$120 flat. It's waived if you go ahead with the repair — so if we fix it, you only pay for the repair itself.What if you can't fix it?
If the appliance can't be repaired (or isn't worth repairing), the diagnostic is your only charge — no labour, no parts, no upsell.Do you charge for quotes?
No. After the diagnostic we give you a written quote before any work begins. You can decline at no extra cost.Do you work weekends?
Saturdays yes, Sundays no. Our regular hours are Mon–Sat 8:00–20:00.Do you work with home warranty plans?
Not at this time. We work directly with homeowners and property managers.
