Cancelling before our visit
You can cancel or reschedule a booked appointment by phone or email at any time before our scheduled arrival. We don't charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with reasonable notice.
Same-day cancellations
Same-day cancellations made within a short window of the appointment may be subject to a service-call fee, particularly when the technician is already en route. We'll let you know the policy at the time of booking.
No-shows
If our technician arrives at the scheduled time and we're unable to access the appliance (no one home, locked premises, etc.), a service-call fee may apply. We'll always call ahead before arrival to confirm.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free as long as you let us know in advance. We'll offer the next available slot that works for your schedule.
Cancellations by us
If we need to cancel or reschedule for any reason (weather, technician availability, equipment issues), we'll contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available slot at no extra cost.
Cancelling a repair after diagnostic
After the diagnostic visit, we provide a written quote for the repair. You're under no obligation to proceed — if you decide not to, you've paid only the diagnostic fee.
