Mendwell.

Warranty

Every Mendwell repair is backed by a warranty on the parts we install and the labour we perform. Terms are summarised below.

Draft · pending legal review

Parts warranty

We warranty the parts we install against early failure for a defined period from the date of repair. Exact duration is documented on the receipt for each individual repair.

Labour warranty

The labour performed on each repair is warranted for a defined period from the completion date. If the same fault recurs within the warranty window, we return and re-diagnose at no additional labour charge.

What's covered

  • Parts we supplied and installed, against manufacturing defects and early failure
  • The specific repair work performed, if the same fault recurs within the warranty window

What's not covered

  • Parts supplied by the customer or a third party
  • Damage from misuse, accident, or unauthorised modification
  • New, unrelated faults that develop after the repair
  • Wear on parts not directly addressed in the original service call
  • Pre-existing damage disclosed during the diagnostic

How to make a claim

Contact us at the phone number or email on your receipt within the warranty period. We'll arrange a return visit to assess the issue. Have your original invoice or repair number ready.

Manufacturer warranty

Many appliance parts are covered by separate manufacturer warranties that may run longer than ours. When the manufacturer warranty applies, we'll work with the manufacturer or refer you appropriately.
